Not having the need for a Russian install, I just happened to be browsing through the file you posted. The Russian folder inside is empty. Am I missing something?

Russian folder is empty only for reduction the size of archive. In Russian (French, German, and other languages) folders should be all, that contains in the English folder (of course translated texts).
Sir BillyBob it is probable, that you incorrectly have understood me. In the first message I wrote, that " I have prepared for translation all these mods ". But I did not write, that they are already translated. For today DSotSC_V172 it is translated to ~ 60 %, and SecretOfBoneHill200 to ~ 25 %. The problem consists that with the publication of new versions of these mods it is necessary anew to prepare them for translation. Therefore I also have written, that " I hope, that all this will be used in the following versions of these mods ". And made by me patches allow to translate these mods today, and they very simply can be used in following versions of these mods. And I hope, that following versions of these mods will have already *.tra files necessary for translation. Work on translation proceeds, and these mods will be necessarily translated. In my personal opinion SecretOfBoneHill one of the most interesting mods.

Ah! Sorry, when you had posted the files, I made the bad assumption that you had already knocked out the translations. Place markers are fine, just so that others realize this too and don't post here complaining that the Russian translation doesn't work.
