Erhm, maybe a stupid question but what do i do with the nsi script? And do i need a full instal of baldurs gate 2 SoA ? I'm trying to install RoT but it doesn't work something about a bad key chin :S

Here are the instructions from the readme:
FILES YOU NEED:
Readme.txt (the file you are reading now!)
RoT_installer.exe
rot- installer script.nsi
RoT_patch_v1.0a.zip
BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE MOD:
Install FULL BG2-SoA ONLY (RoT was not written for ToB).
DO NOT install any of the official game patches from Bioware.
Space Needed: 1,5 GB (actual size of the mod is something around 1,2 GB)
Run BG2 once and start a new game.
Quit BG2.
AFTER DOWNLOADING THE MOD:
Run RoT_installer.exe
Upon completion of the auto-installer, unzip RoT_patch_v1.0a.zip into your
BG2 Override folder.
Also note that more patches have been released.
Anyway, to answer your questions:
1. You don´t have to do anything with the nsi script.
2. Yes, full install is required.
The reason why installing of the mod must be this specific is unknown. In order to be able to install the mod you need to follow the instructions exactly as they´ve been written.
