Can you romance Edwin if you do not have ToB installed? How much time will pass before Edwin will speak with <CHARNAME>? Please help ,Edwin is my favourite character...(:

You must have Edwin in the party when you kill Mae'var, and your female protagonist should have an Intelligence of at least 14.
Also, Edwin Romance is not likely to proceed if, for example, you have already slept with Anomen.

But...
If you've hit RomanceActive=2 with just about any other romance, then no Eddie for you.
But...Also, Edwin Romance is not likely to proceed if, for example, you have already slept with Anomen.
