I think fellow TeamBG'ers should be able to see the forum too.

Well, hell! Congratulations, madam!

It's not as much of a nightmare as you may have been conditioned to think, though, so chin up, eh? It's all in how you approach it.
Best Wishes,

Sorry it had to end that way, but before you send it to the recycle bin, would you consider posting it to the orphaned mod ideas board?
I know for a fact that it's nigh impossible to find someone who is willing to code your mod. I lucked out in the sense that I worked on a few proofreading projects before starting to mod, and got an idea of what code looked like before I started. I also had a lot of help from the modding community *when I asked specific questions.* General "Can somebody teach me to mod?" questions were, of course, ignored. People aren't malicious. But when a modder sees something like that, they think "OK, I want to help, but how much time is this going to take away from my own projects? Can I spare it?"
Anyway, I love the idea of this mod. If I weren't in the home stretch before releasing Gavin for Tutu and moving on to the next of 5 projects *gulp*, I'd offer to take a more active role.
All I can say is don't dump her quite yet. Somebody might be able to pick her up from the orphaned mods list.

It's nice of you to post your find, but this topic is over a year old and the author has stated that the mod is abandoned.
"Necroposting" is generally frowned upon, so in the future, please do resurrect threads like this.

My apologies. This isn't the first time I've added to a dusty thread. From now on, I shall be mindful of this, and cast about for updated info, if there is any, before contributing anything.
Happy modding,
Eric
"Tyranny is a quiet thing at first, a prim and proper lady pursing her lips and shaking her head disapprovingly, asking, well what were you doing (wearing that dress, walking home at that hour, expressing those inappropriate thoughts) anyway? It's subtle and insidious, disguised as reasonable precautions which become more and more oppressive over time, until our lives are defined by the things we must avoid. She's easy enough to agree with, after all, she's only trying to help -- and yet she's one of the most dangerous influences we face, because if she prevails, it puts the raping, robbing, axe-wielding madmen of the world in complete control. Eventually they'll barely need to wield a thing, all they'll have to do is leer menacingly and we fall all over ourselves trying to placate them." -godlizard
