I'm really not trying to weasle my way into playing this earlier, I just think that it would make more sense if as soon as anything installable was done it was released to a few forum members to play through and look for bugs, simply because the more people play through the more different orders things will be done in and the more combinations of npcs, items, other mods, and quests will be explored. Ten people taking notes could probably find most of the bugs in an early release in one weekend, whereas one person (especially one busy person) would probably need a month or more. This would work particularly well if people were assigned specific gameplay routes to avoid duplication of effort, ie : "forum member XYZ, CLUAConsole the money right away and immediately take Valen to spellhold to quickly find bugs in the island, underdark, and endgame. Fizbandanna :) , you install a multi stronghold mod and do all the stronghold quests with her with thus-and-sp NPCs to look for dialouge conflicts or glitches there....". I understand that you probably don't want a bunch of people seeing your work half-baked ( I never do), but even Hemingway had editors and a release to a few people who know a little about modding for a run-through would save you tons of work.
