i am using v2.01. Did a complete new installation in the following order:

SOA
TOB
official patch
baldurdash fixes
ease of use
tashia
rogue rebalance-only installed theif update
refinements-only installed swashyimoen (full)

When i started a new game imoen was a lv10 fighter!!! there were no theif abilites!! i thought she was supposed to be a swashbuckler not a fighter! Have i installed in the wrong order?

I am positive this hasn't anything to do with Refinements. Please post your weidu.log.

I had same probelm when I didn't install new HLAs.

OK, I can replicate the bug. However it's only a cosmetic one, as she gets correct class abilities nevertheless.

OK, I can replicate the bug. However it's only a cosmetic one, as she gets correct class abilities nevertheless.

This component used to require the HLA system in order to be installed, and removing that requirement must have been somewhat tricky.
Yet, I'd re-introduce it if we cannot solve the problem otherwise.

(let me catch the moment to thank the_bigg once again, who is covering all of the authors' duties right now...)

I replicated all the needed scripts for a second dummy kit (sswashtf/w, to be exact). I suppose that in doing so I got a string reference wrong :)

Im having the same problem. Its not yust "cosmetic" since you cant use the thief abilities in the quick bar! How can we fix it? Shadow keeper? Thanks!

You can use her thieving skills once she gets at least 11 levels in mage, thus reactivating the thief class.

Understandable but quite painfully! I mean, irenicus dungeon without Imoen? Am I supposed to get Yoshimo in level 2, backtrack to one and unlock stuff/disarm traps then?

Yep, the idea is that, to make things more interesting. BTW, Minsc can in any event force all locks and take the traps' damage without much problems.

Yes, that was part of the point.
Imoen will be much more powerful and versatile later, but you've got to pay the price at the start.
Also, it seems more realistic to me (I mean, having to flee from a prison WITHOUT having all the tools to accomplish this set for you by the game designers).
