Opinion time.

Do you think, you should be given a chance to cheat on Mazzy? Now, the 'other woman' might not say yes, but would you like a chance to ask anyway? Mazzy won't be pleased, but it would add a bit of realism to it. Any opinions would be welcome. If the general consensus is yes, then I'll happily write and code one up.

Weeell... I'm not quite sure about it. Although... hmm, yes. Ah. It could give something to the story line in my opinion, Mazzy could become "a fallen paladin" (as she's not paladin by class, but anyway) by attacking the other woman or the PC, OR she could just say something bitter and leave the party, keeping her honor. Some response from the other NPCs could be interesting as well. So my answer is to the question is yes.

I would say she would become bitter and leave the party. Mazzy is cool enough not to become hot headed about it. She won't loose her honor over it.

Though I wouldn't include the option at all. There is a cheating possibility in the Underdark with the Drow lady and there are enough romances out there to break the one with Mazzy. There are already some possibilities and for some reason I feel that if you romance Mazzy your PC won't be a lighthearted person, so no need for it, whilst there is even an option for in vanilla and through the other romances (conflicts)

I partly agree with Deathsangel here, I think that the cheat option should be there for more story, but it could be the underdark one, when the romance dialogue concerning this triggers in Ust'Natha.

No. Romance conflicts and Phaere are more than enough, for reasons stated above.

Jealousy will not be too bad for Mazzy, anger on the other hand...

As for seducing, well, you can in a sense. Treat her nice, get towards the end of the romance, and then revoke the "I love you"'s and tell her it was fake. Or, after the sex talk, tell her you were only in it for the fun. You've got a few opportunities like those, and she won't be happy about it. Just be thankful she won't stab anybody who is cruel enough to do so.

I'm little late with my reply, so I hope it still counts.

I don't know how far you are with your mod, but I would like to have an option for cheating on Mazzy, if it was properly included in mod. It wouldn't even be neccesary that this would break romance with her. Just like in real life, if you cheat on your girl, that doesn't automaticly means that she will break up with you. You just have to atone yourself You could do that in game too, I don't know, buy her flowers or parfume, or something less classical, but you just need to do something that would show her that you care for her and that you are sorry

When I choose what mods I will play, I pick those that have as much contents as possible. So, the more contents you include in your mod, the more likely it is for me to play it I know one player doesn't count for much, but we live in democracy and I like to voice my point of view openly.

Just so that I wont be writing in more topics, I like the idea of your mod. I like the possibility of flirts, because I think that NPC flirt mod is one of the best mods out there. Adds that flavour to the game Althought I would very much like to see you add a possible romance for humans, elfs and half - elfes. I'm just not fond of other races. And no, I'm not racist I guess halfing are ok, but gnomes and dwarfes are really not to my liking. Maybe you could add other races as optional choice. I will surely try it once it comes out, and from what I see you are proggresing nicely. Any clues when we can except beta relis?

Perhaps Jan, or some pesky evildoer could use an illusion to look like you. Or Dopplegangers! I don't think Mazzy would ever deliberately cheat on anyone. And I certainly wouldn't dare cheat on her!
