I was exploring, and since there are existing paper dolls for, for instance, the slayer, troll and mind flayers, perhaps, just perhaps, it is possible to make a paper doll for a kobold.
Mind Flayer: MMINinv.plt
Troll: MTROinv.plt
Greater Wolfwere: MGWEinv.plt

Hm, interestingly, the Slayer has a paperdoll, too; but it's NOT a PLT... it is MSLYINV.BAM!
Yes! One can put in a MxxxINV.BAM, and it will use it for the paper doll. Coloring and palettes seem to need some help, though, but I'd sure it can be worked out.

I checked: PLT has precedence over corresponding BAM.

I have a paperdoll BMP already for Meepo but I also had the palette problems. I will see about trying your tool.
