Dialogue with NPC

Hey there,

I installed the BG Triolgy and added a few mods
1. Acension
2.Banter Pack for BG2
3.NPC Banter pack for BG1
4. BG Tweaks certain options
5. BG fix pack certain options
6. and TACTICS - certain options.

The problem i am having is that i can not interact with characters in candlekeep to do the quests - i get the message that i can not initiate dialogue because 'the character' appears busy.

How can i fix this - PLEASE HELP!

"NPC appears busy" bug is to be solved by official bioware patch. Do you have it?
