Mincs wants to say something to me but he is stuck and doest start the conversation. This is preventing him from moving a lot of times if at all, as well as me saving the game, auto save works however. Is there a way, console or shadowkeeper or something else, to reset his dialogue?
I've looked at some of the global variables in SK but have no idea what to change them to.
Thanks for any help.

you've got NEJ2 installed, haven't you? and several other big mods? because this sounds like one of the recurrinng problems with NEJ2 when not installed in precisely the way it's author recommends.
if that's the case, i dont think there's a simple solution to yr problem, unfortunately.

Nope don't have that installed. Think i figured out the problem, minsc started acting normal once i returned to umar hills, he never did say anything but he is no longer stuck trying to start dialogue.
