BGCARBOS.CRE and BGSHANK.CRE don't have script names assigned.

(SANADAL.DLG is checking if they're dead in one of the dialog states)

Just want to point out that same deathvars are used in SoA for SHANK.CRE and CARBOS.CRE in a short cutscene encounter in Bridge district (so, they need to be reset to 0 during transition).
