Such a thing as a Kit manager

I was thinking a while back as I was installing BP. You know, The Darkest Day has some cool kits, and then there are others that are, well, not so cool. I thought i would like to remove the kits that aren't so great so that I could use the slots for other kits that did strike me as interesting. Has anyone ever thought of creating Kit Manager--a tool that lets you choose what kits you want to keep and which you want to remove--? It seems likely that somebody would, but I could only find the TDD kit remover to affect the kitlist.

Maybe the problem is that there is such a program but it's not called a kit manager and instead goes by another name. Dunno. Just felt it was a good idea to throw outthere to help me either track down the illusive program, or peak someone's interest of making it (since I can't create it myself. I don't have the tech skills).
