@ Shadow' - Fantastic shots. Love the colours and SFX :coolthumb:

The Dremora female looks good. The second oine looks a bit more otherworldy to me, and the first a bit more "mortal". Are you going for no horns? :cookie:
http://www.shsforums...p...st&p=305282

@ Hector - Don't remember if I put my .02 on you releasing your retextures, but I'd say go for it. Gives more viriety, and more choice. And they look rather well done.

@Spike4072 - Had tp do a double take on that last shot there. Silly me started swondering where your char. suddenly got her tail from.
http://www.shsforums...p...st&p=305260

@ Treetop Smoker - Very nice. The green one looks rather like snake, lizard, dragon, or (dare I even suggest it??) Argonian hide.

@ Chimera - Rhianna is looking great! Have you chosen which look she will have? :new_thumbs:

@ Soul Slayer - Ninja chicks rock!!

@ Kimory - Good story so far. Looking forward to more. :) :cookie:

well, i got rather tired of playing a theif, so i made a mage, named elune. i tried to follow the tips that seven gave in his character gen topic on esf. the one statement that is true to this character, is that its standards are for me, im happy with her, and care more about that than other peoples thoughts.
<snip>

As long as you are happy with your char, that is all that matters. :) And she lkooks quite nice IMO.

@ Karandrras - Nice. I really like that second one, almost like static rain. :coolthumb:
http://www.shsforums...p...st&p=305401

@ highpressure - I just wanna know how she keeps that white outfit soooo white. especially after all that killing. Do they have bleach in Tamriel? Magic Scotch-guard? :D :new_thumbs:
http://www.shsforums...p...st&p=305422

@ greatfool1 - Just saw your slideshow. Poor Hector really has his hands full with those bad girls, doesn't he? And poor Layla for them having sent it to her! That's some hazing they're giving her. :fish:

I see some very nice pictures once more. I'm still having problems with only half loaded images but oh well, I can always blame photobucket. XD

Ordinator mod is finished and out? Awesome!

Wow, awesome screenies people!

Jazz's & Cydjmoose inspired me to delete Adel for all I care (Besides, her story is done, nothing to roleplay) and play my Knight, Angelus.

And Shadow, what armor is that? In Your "Deadric Weapons? Mere children's toys!" pics?

Both of these shots are top-notch. From camera angle to color, great work!

@ oldmanpoo: Nice action shots, my favorite is number 2: that's a great angle you used to capture the moment. I'm guessing that monster is from MMM?

Thanks. I'm not sure if the monster is from MMM. I recently installed Francesco's and MMM using FranOOOMMM, so that's probably it. Any clarification would be great.

By the way, Spike4072, I like your comic-style screenshots. I'm working on one right now as well, though I'm trying to devise the best method for getting all my numerous characters together into the same game-world. I think I have an idea.

Uh, I just noticed- Floyd, You couldn't come up with a different name for Your new character? I feel weird that we have characters with same name (and I though it was unique..duh)

.Should have named my char "Elephantina" <_< instead

I had run out of names, myself, but in my new job I handle client files and there are some nice names that I come across, so I've written them down and use them for new characters. My new one is Coralie :)

Thanks gang, I'm glad you like Jasmine so far, I'm still tweaking things here and there, so she won't allow me to take any screenies of her without her mask on yet.

Women can be so touchy sometimes.

Great screenies all!

@ Cosmic Banana:

Great shors of the Ordinator armor! If I can ever find the time to learn how to get my old character in as Valken's companion, she's gonna need a set. I especially like the one with your character offing the ghost warrior. I hate those guys.

@ Treetop Smoker:

Outfit and weapon dyed to match!? How do you do it? Do you recolor them yourself? I love your character, by the way. Yet another brunette I'd like to talk to in a bar, but would be afraid she'd chop my head off with her giant sword. MAybe I go to the wrong bars...

@ Ryu:

Those are great end battle shots from SI!

@ Luchaire:

Photoshop is fun! I like Suni just the way she is, but there's no harm in throwing a few lights and some oil paint on her every now and then... ;)

@ sanityCheck:

She pulls it off well!

@ highpressure:

I'm glad to see violence is back! The jumping shot is great! How did you get it? I've tried using "tcl" before but it doesn't do anything for me. My character still falls to the ground and still bashes people with his hammer.

@ Spike4072

Don't split up! The call is coming from inside the inn!

@ Chiglet:

Okay, but you feed her and clean the flaming litterbox.

@ Vanqa

Nice shot! It reminds me of an old Bioware game portrait!

@ oldmanpoo:

Those are great! Cute character, too. I didn't know it was possible for characters from Oblivion to look that lecherous...

@ Daiyoukai:

Is this the end!?

@ Floydian:

Another beautiful character! What do you do with them all??

@ MystykStar:

When Lucien Lachance used to leave my first character, I always imagined he was out killing people or recruiting more members. Turns out he was buying matching sofa sets. Oh, Lucien! You crazy thing...

 You're only sharing one name with Floydian. I'm sharing Sapphire (my old Moffowind character, a dark elf), and Mia (my current female Dremora).

Will post comments on pics later. I need some sleep. :fish:

To link to your post in the Screenies thread, go to the top of the page, and copy the url, and subtract 1 from the post #:

Your post is #49. Therefore reference 48 (because I imagine the counter is dealing with the number of replies not the op):

add the "url" as follows:

Funny caption! I am finding the shot a bit too dark for my monitors though.

I think I will put this info in the SS Guides thread for future reference. If anyone has a faster way to do this linking, please let us know.

@ highpressure - I am not sure if you saw my questions (or perhaps I missed your answer?), so I am reposting this:

@ greatfool1: Nice presentation.

Well, coming from you hp, the undisputed master of slideshow making, is really nice to hear! Using Hector's screenies was a lot of fun because I actually went through all his stories and posts again to select what I thought were some of his very best shots. I have been wanting to use that song by Garbage for a while, but since I usually play gals, I never found a way to do so.

I have noticed that Flash SlideShow Maker is buggy once you get over 15 (?) screens - so I do a lot of saves! I also notice a lot of bloating - that swf file is 15 MB even though I downsized all of Hector's shots to 150K each. So that and the music should not have exceed more than 8MB. Got any idea as to what causes this?

How does your latest slide show maker behave? Is it a free one?

Btw, hp your Adonis character looks amazing! I love this shot.

Sorry gf1, didn't noticed that you made an enquiry of me. My eyes are getting bad, seriously! Thanks for the comments on Adonis.

Regarding the latest slide show program I use... yes, it is free from Comcast. The only thing I don't like is that it will not upload, if I use personal mp3's. It will only allow the music that comes with it. You can use your own mp3's if you're just going to view the show on your PC. But if uploading it to your photo Circle Site it won't work. There is the option to export to HTML, but I don't know how to transfer that to my website.

Now what I found using Flash SlideShow Maker is that saving the swf at a 1280 X 1024 setting will cause some file bloating regardless of the resolution of your screens. What I started doing with that program is saving my show at 800 X 600, which greatly reduced the file size. I know you like the full screen setting, I do as well, but reducing the size of the screen resolution in this program, is the only way that I've found to reduce the total size of the file.

This is very helpful. I did try to reduce the screens to 1024x768 - but that did little to reduce the bloating. So 800x600 is the magic number, it seems. Thanks!

Yeah, I like controlling the music, so I will stick with the Flash SlideShow version - I did buy it for $30, but I think the only diff is there is no ad at the end. I hope they fix the bugs, as I really like the program. If you find other programs with equal or greater facility, let us know. I think slide shows are a great way to enjoy lots of screenies and without a lot of overhead in terms of img posting, etc.

P.S. Take breaks from the computer for your eyes' sake!

Thanks for the compliments. Glad linked shots still get viewed when there are tons of full image shots around it. :D
I've been trying to re-make Serin but the skin tones seems to be getting worst when it comes to uniformity. Also, I'm still having trouble getting Natural Faces to actually stick. The faces keeps going back to the lower res textures. :wall:

What method of ArchiveInvalidation are you using? OBMM's utility or Quarn's AI Invalidated?
