well, shit. i had my woodelf working, but something happened and she got strange and wierd looking. so i just decided to change back to mystic elf using elise's face. lets just say the two are twin sisters

A friend of mine told me that he found it impossible to make a cool Ork male character (he didn't even contemplate a female Ork )
I thought otherwise cause I completed morrowind with one and tried out Oscuro's with an ork for the first time. So I made a new ork (in approx 10 minutes) and took a screenshot:

He had to be bald because none of the hair styles fitted his head and Bald is OK for orks

and I took another picture cause this ork is gonna be lazy:

I think I'll make this his Idle animation
I think I did make a cool ork and if I take more time he'll only get better ( I hope)

Well now that the max tools have evolved, I decided to work on Eyja's maid outfit for the next version. I always wanted to add a neck choker and make some modifications to the outfit, but lacked the capabilities in the past. Anyhow I deleted the shoulder straps, added a neck choker, shortened her skirt, deleted the side flaps and then I worked over the textures a bit. Also the maids outfit uses exnem's body with my new exnem's skin texture, so the waist is much slimmer and the breasts a bit more enlarged. There is a little clipping yet as I'm sorting out the skin modifier yet, but I think it looks tons better than the old outfit.

Here's my nord babe modeling the new maid outfit next to the "old eyja". I'm giving her a makover too but I want the whole thing done before I show her off.
