Can I install this worldmap on a regular Bg2SoA&ToB game? Or is it only for say tutu?

May be, but using it only for vanilla SoA/ToB is the same as you would use, for example, a map of whole Europe to find out how to drive beteen some small cities somewhere in Spain or Germany... I'd better use a map of that country instead...
