Aaand another one of these. :whistling:

For me in the OC, it's a toss-up between Bishop, Khelgar and Sand, but I think I'll go with Sand. In MotB, Gann hands down.

Qara and Safiya. Can we spot a pattern here? :)

NWN2: Sand. Of all the rather stereotypical characters present, I liked Sand the best. I liked him the moment he walked into Duncan's Inn, and started giving his little smell speech ("I'm glad you're still sober enough to recoginze me, Duncan..."). I suppose I have a weakness for sarcastic, smart-assy characters. Also, his voicing was top-notch.

MotB is somewhat harder. Safiya was nice enough, but because of her rather deep ties to the backstory, she came off as rather bland. Kaelyn was a good idea, but underdeveloped. Okku was better than either, but I think Gann takes the crown here. Great voicing, nice concept, and a good sense of humour to top it all off. Nice :)

I really really haven't ever made it out of the dens you start in, in MotB. :o

And never made it through to the point where I get Grobnar or Cassavir or whoever comes first in NWN2 either. :whistling:

Khelgar for NWN 2, I found his dialog and character really amusing.
One of Many for MOTB, I found the entire character and detail really nicely done, especially when you start to get more personalities.
After an eternity away from you all, I've returned.

I am indecisive. I start a game with one character and about the time I start the quests with the guards or thieves I want to try something else.

It doesn't help that I know I want to play a Wizard, a Cleric, a Druid, a Spirit Shaman, a Warlock, and a Rogue. Possibly a Favored Soul and/or Sorcerer, probably a Dwarven Defender. :(

...ah. Yeah, I know the feeling. ;) Usually it takes me a couple of characters before I actually complete the game.

Grobnar is my favorite. I can't understand why none of the npcs dislike him, maybe I'm missing something?

They all make fun of him (and not in the flattering way), so I get the feeling they don't particularly like him either.

Many of One, would be my prime vote for MotB.

Ack, that happens to me in every Bioware game now, except maybe PS:T. >.<
Of course it gives modders a good incentive for adding in their own characters into the mix, no? To balance out. :)

Edit: Typo

Interestingly enough, two days after saying that I started it up again. I made it to chapter 2 of MotB. With a character I didn't even like. Now I'm coasting along with 2 someones more pleasing. A sorceress and a Spirit Shaman. Both with their careers and loves planned out.

You may be interested in the Bishop Romance. Domi/Ashara I believe.

Elanee - Some people hate her voice, but I really love it. Plus, I have a thing for druids. :)

Kaelyn the Dove - Again, the voice. Chillingly appropriate, and just generally lovely. I just adore her gentle, determined character.

In NWN2, the NPC I disliked the least was Neeshka. She could have been fun if her character had been allowed to develop a little more. There were hints of something in her past, but we are never given the chance to unravel the mystery. So disappointing....

I've not yet completed MTOB yet, but I rather liked Gann when I met him. I enjoyed his dry wit. I'll try to set aside some time this weekend to finish the game.
