Minsc + The Punisher. .p
Certainly, Kivan would fit the mental profile of the Punisher much better, but his name doesn't work so punny with it. .p

For some reason I interpreted the suit as The Phantom, though that one is purple, and the skull is much smaller on that.
What tells that about me?
