I can't seem to get any of these to work except the fix for Garrus' Face Fix by pops117. Any help?

According to David Hingtgen of Bioware forums:

Guide to using a texmod mod:

1) download Texmod if you dont already have it. You can find it here.
2) launch Texmod. Click the top-left icon and select your Mass Effect executable (\Mass Effect\Binaries\MassEffect.exe)
3) select the "Package Mode" tab, and open the mod(s) you want to use (for example NewPredH.tpf). Know that you can run several mods at once.
4) click "Run" and enjoy!

Source.

I did all that. The fix for Garrus' face works but all the other mods won't work.

Strange; I'm no expert myself. I'd suggesting asking over there. :)
