Is it true or just a "forum legend" that the FireWine Bridge has a third/secret level .
I mean the areas unlocked y Charleston Nib's scroll of course.
I read on this forum that the key to open this door leading to a new level is some botle of flaming oil.
I found one in a container in the second level where there is a a couple of vampires.
But now I don't know how to use this item to find the hidden door leading to this secret level.
Did someone manage doing this ?

It's a forum legend. You can check for yourself by stepping through the area bitmaps using Infinity Explorer - there is no 'unaccounted for' area. There is however a 'missing area' on Ice Island (TotSC). This has been restored by BG1 UB (Unfinished Business) available over at Gibberlings3

After you do the original quest with Charleston and talk with him again he will give you a letter. That is what opens up the secret Firewine bit as per DSotSC, if I assume everything is as it should be.

The hidden door is on the bridge itself and not in the regular dungeon. Try some spots on the bridge where a door can be "modded" in.
