So, uh... What is the backup called? And is it any of the subfolders, or just the basic SoA one? I think I tried one before, and managed to destroy my installation. Not I'm content to just wait.3. The install package will modify the BGMAIN.EXE file. It changes the starting XP amount to 100 instead whatever the amount normally it (7,000?? I don't remember). There is a backup in your SoA folder, so when you uninstall this mod, you can just replace the EXE with the backup.

It's in the component #0.Hmm, the CA Backup folder doesn't seem to have it... Was I supposed to switch it back before I uninstalled?
Actually, I tried to edit the previous message three times and was never able to insert the zero between the two slash marks...
So it's in "C:\Games\Classic Adventures\Classics047\Backup/0/" if you back the two (forward-)slashes.

I actually checked all the backup subfolders. Wasn't in any of them.
Hmm. Seems a reinstall might be on its way.
