After you extract your Worldmap v7.1 package to your game directory, extract this patch to traify the Revised Imoen dialog and select overwrite for any files questioned.

Only to let you know, that we have included this patch in the BiG World Fixpack until a new worldmap version comes out.

Any idea how uninstall/reinstall of worldmap will go, since I extracted the Imoen patch last ?

Worldmap works pretty well to uninstall/reinstall. Make sure you choose the option uninstall to get everything back to square one. Reinstall will just uninstall and get you right back where you are. After you have uninstalled the worldmap then:

2. Extract Patch
3. Install Worldmap

Hi
Thanks
Uninstall/reinstall went smoothly with no apparent errors in 'Setup-BP-BGT-Worldmap.tp2'.
Unfortunately it didn't fix my issue which is similar to this screenshot "http://www.shsforums...howtopic=25687" post #10, except that areas ARE reachable.
I will do more searching before I start a new thread.

Hi

I read through the files in the patch, and it seems to patch an issue in BG 1 only.
Will this patch be appropriate, needed, or damaging to a BGII - SoA - TDD installation ?
On the download page, the "Support Topic" link returns this: Sorry, the link that brought you to this page seems to be out of date or broken.
Is this forum closed to guests ? Is there somewhere to find enhanced documentation ?

Sorry to keep chewing this old bone, but...

Thanx

Dave

I have never played the Imoen mod but since it uses a same creature file as BGT, some further patching may have been done to accommodate that. If you don't plan on using BGT, I would say go ahead and try to install without extracting the patch with your worldmap files.

The patch is only used for the Revised Travel Times component of Worldmap while in BG1 portion of the game. You don't need it for BG2 and beyond.
