I'm sorry but i'm not english user, so please pardon my poor english  

Like just below this topic(Another Installation Problem) i suffered a problem with BGT installation.
I had full installation (bg+totsc and soa+tob) and latest patch but every trying of installation bgt makes an error.
I reinstalled the game 4 or 5 times with some different images(english ver. and korean ver. etc. My latest install was my collection CDs buy at 1999 but these trying do not work

I use windows flp(type ver in cmd shows "Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]") and my hdd space is 2.85G.
I found some guide with installaton with BGT in internet and it recommend installing BG2Fixpack before BGT, so i do that.
Are these things makes any problem? (FIND.EXE is in right place)

I don't find that file in all disk. Where i find that file?


Oh, i realize i missed one thing. It does not in debug file but there's an message during installation.

"Copied [BGT/Place.txt] to [BGT/Input.txt]
Copying 1 file ..."

In this part of installation, cmd window shows error message like that. 'There's no such file(s) or Find no such file(s)"
And there is no file in /BGT/input.txt, of course.

Do you ever get asked to type in your BG1 directory?

Perhaps, WinFLP can't recognise the following DOS command

call BGT\Install\PreSetup.bat 2>&1|BGT\Install\mtee Setup-BGTDOS.DEBUG

I'd installed the game default path and there's no request.

OK, I found something wrong in my windows. I execute PreSetup.bat in cmd window and it shows error message like that. 'There's no such file(s) or Find no such file(s)' I type some command in cmd window, there's error message, too.

Finally I found what's wrong. In my windows, the command 'NUL' is not work properly. I type 'NULL' instead, and it WORKs!

I exchange all "> nul" in batch file to "> null" and run setup-bgt again and it works perfectly!!

Thanks a lot for your help :-)
And i propose some comment of this ploblem in readme or installation guide or something like that.

Funny with the nul and null thing though.

I deleted this part of the preinit.bat "2>&1|BGT\Install\mtee Setup-BGTDOS.DEBUG" and now mine installs, I have Windows XP, but go figure, it worked.
