hi everybody,

trying to install BGT on Vista, i`ve found this:

"Importing sound sets from Baldur's Gate:TotSC... "
impossible find the specifified file
impossible find the specifified file
impossible find the specifified file
and so on....

nonethless it installs.
i checked the tp2, but could not find where it tries to retrieve the files, so i do not know if i can manually copy from the original disk on my HD these files and re-trying the installation.
any advice?

PS: off topic, in my baldur.ini (BG2 folder) there`s a line related to a cd1 under "alias":
CD1:=e:\BG2\CD1 but there`s no cd1 folder in my bg2 installation, only cd2,3,4,5.
ain`t game breaking, is it?

Sounds like the sound sets are missing? Do you have a sounds directory in your BG:TotSC installation directory. It is nothing major, they are just the sound sets you choose when you make a character.
Could you please attach your Setup-BGTDOS.DEBUG file?

right,
the sounds folder is empty: just a sndlist.txt
i try to re-install bg1 and totsc then.
here is the debug file in .rar format

OK, it's only the soundset files missing. Everyone should be OK.
