The BGT documentation says Bassilus is changed from bassil.cre to bgbassil.cre in BGT. Is this actually true (any more) or is it a documentation error/oversight? Bassilus is bassil.cre on my BGT install (v 1.07), but I need to be sure that's true for all BGT installs.

The BGT documentation does not say Bassilus is changed, but it does say that basill.cre is changed to bgbasill.cre. basill.cre references Lesser Basilisk, and is renamed for Tortured Souls compatibility. Also, check your spelling. bassil.cre is not the same as basill.cre.
