Transition from BG1 to BG2 with multiple PC created characters

When the Big World Setup of the Big World Project is launched and I am able to install and play the game I planned to start in multi-player, to create three characters. I already opened a thread in mega mod help asking if any game breaking issues would appear, and although it seems that's not the case, I still have the uncertainty of the fluency of the transition of the characters from BG1 to 2, since I never played multi player using BGT, I tried it only in BG2. So is it really true that if I finish BG1 I will get transported to Amn with no problems with all my characters?

Problems are proportional to the number of mods you have installed, so I cannot give you a certain answer if you use BWP. If you were to play a BGT-only game with multiplayer characters, they will be successfully be transferred to Amn 'with no problems'.

Actually BWP is quite stable, and if you use only BGT and the transition from BG1 to 2 works, it should work in BWP also.
