Hello,

(sorry if my english is not so good, I'm from Germany)

I bought the latest collection of BG including BG1, BG1 Addon, BG2 and BG2 Addon.
I installed it all, like in the discription of the .pdf BigWorld Installer.
Then I installed BigWorld 8.0 without problems.

Then I wanted to install "Check the bodies",
but there are some errros during the installation.

Please have a look at the added files.

What can I do?

Thanks.

Install Component [Check The Bodies]?

The problem is that you tried to install the CtB after you installed the BWP, which you can't cause the install order is not up to you as the CtB is part of the BiG World Project, so you need to restart the whole installation, and try use the BWS and include the CtB in it.

Or use the German forums.

Thank You.

The problem now seems to be that BWS is not able to include CTB.
It downloads many Mods but not CTB.

Heya

You seem to be using the "Recommended" install of the BWP (which doesn't contain CtB ;))

To remedy this, do one of the following:

1. Choose a "Tactics" version of the BWP through the BWS (after you chose the language) - It'll get you a greatly increased list of mods, but will also increase the difficulty of the game by leaps and bounds :P

OR

2. If you wanna keep "Recommended", check mark the "Further customize install" option below the Recommended/Tactics/Expert Combo Box. Then, it should ask you some new options, like making a backup etc. Click next until you get a screen with a list of ALL the mods :D Just check mark CtB (along with any other mods you need) and it should download and install them

Cheers,
Lol

Well, it actually kinda is, as the trigger.ids doesn't contain the "LevelPartyLT" index with that install order, now I do not know where it might have disappeared, but if the CtB doesn't add that to the said file, it has a chance of always failing at some install orders. It's not your fault.

Question, what the f is the setup-tp mod, and the setup-weidu mod? The others are know to have compatibility with the CtB, so I would really be interested on what do those two mods do with the trigger.ids file, and blame it on them... :whistling:

Well actually, I did nothing different to the triggers but the integers only so however CtB has installed itself over the last 6 years remains fundamentally the same. Something must have botched that IDS file for CtB to fail with such a severe error.
