Hiya, i'm on the last chapter i believe and the quest NPC in lathander temple as dissaepeared?

He's probably talking about the guy who starts the SoBH quest in the BGI temple east of Nashkel 
The guy who teleports you to Restenford??
If you haven't done his quest before going back to Candlekeep, then you've just lost yourself a big mod my friend

do feel like crying a bit.
will i miss anything from there like any good recruitable NPCS? or anything good that would link up in BG2 ?

There is a single NPC Bard who teams up with you just for that quest.
And other than tons of XP, some very overpowered items, new monsters and a very cool story, yeah, you missed something

Uhm lollo.. I have already been to candlekeep and wasted reilter and his buddies etc.. and left via catacombs etc.. and then the NPC to visit restenford at the temple of lathander dissapeared
BUT.
I'v bumped into a guy called Fabio @ entrance of candlekeep and im in restenford..?
did you forget about this part? will i be able to do the previous restenford quest now?

That's the second part of SoBH 
(I didn't know you could do the second part without doing the first 
)
That Fabio guy is the Bard I was talking about, ou'll need him to complete the quest (or encounter bugs
) Save often, this part is known to get buggy at the worst times
