I met up with Arvin Kothonos and Gaius Varris in the Umar Inn and we had some supper and Varris arranged accomodations for us to sleep, when resten we are still fatigued and it doesnt say "You have rested for 8 hours" and when I try to speak to Gaius or Arvin none of them has anything to say to me. So what am I going to do?

Are you tying to talk to them in the inn after you rested? I think the next point of dialog is outside the inn.
Can you post the contents of your weidu log as well please? Either upload the txt document itself or just copy/paste the contents into a post is fine.
