I have an BWP Tactics 9.1.2 install and in Tri-Top area I encounter a strange character named Selim Sivad. I don't remember to find him in previous version o BWP (I play Secret of BoneHill twice until now). Who is Selim Sivad and why is here?

What happens when you talk to him?? Does he look/sound/act buggy?? 
(imho, he's a TDD guy btw ... maybe someon who spawns randomly or something?? Like that "Arkvisti the Wanderer" from ... some other mod

She is from Check the Bodies and appears when you cast certain spells. To have them that early would mean you have a sorcerer casting Decastave or one of the others available at early levels. If you are not casting some unique spells that have very colorful BAMs then your game is probably bugged.

Oh Thanks Hoppy , I have Xan level 8 with Rihaldo's mage spell-book (plus some unique spells with colorful BAMs)and is because him. 
I hope the game is OK even I continued to use those advanced spell.

Just be careful of the third appearance of Selim if you want to keep the spells.
