Possible Bug in Werewolf Island

Hello all. So i've been playing BGT for the last couple of weeks now and finally got to the TotSC areas. Spoke to Mendas and reached Balduran's Isle and finished all the quests there. Unfortunately, my journal is not updating. So basically, in my "Quests" section I still have the "Stranded on an Island" as an unfinished quest. When I had the showdown with Kaishas I managed to talk her out of attacking me (with help from Delaney and the woman whose child I rescued, forget her name). I think this has bugged the quest, since it hasn't updated even on my returning and finishing off Mendas and his lackey. Could anyone help? Alternatively, does anyone know what the console commands to finish this quest are? I've done all the other TotSC quests and really want that cool outro to play.

I've attached two screenshots which show the journal entries as well, along with my WeiDU.log for a list of the mods I currently have. Thanks a ton guys.

Sounds like SCS is involved, as Kaishas is normally unreasonable.

But "quests" remaining in your journal are cosmetic bugs. Whether it says the quest is solved or not has no impact on the game.

That's strange. Then shouldn't the TotSC end message play? You get an outro type movie when you complete all the TotSC quests if I recall correctly...

If SCS adds that extra journal entry with incorrect formatting (delaney entry.bmp) then that mod could be the culprit - in both the bug and the lack of removal of journal entries. Can someone who knows more about SCS clarify/confirm?

In BGT, you don't get any outro movie. Maybe you get one in BG:TotSC, I cannot remember either.

A quick look through SCS's TRA file would suggest that SCS adds the journal entry in delaney_entry.bmp. The other journal entry ("Werewolves!" etc) is from vanilla BG1, but I guess SCS might be involved in that too (assuming it is normally removed from your unsolved quest journal).

Hmm. Yes, it does seem to be an SCS bug. Thanks for the help guys. And I guess I'll just wait for the 'end' for cinematic fixes.

Sorry for the necro-post, but information on the TotSC end message is really sketchy and this came up high in a Google search, so I figured it was worth following up on.

The TotSC end message will not play in either EasyTutu or BGT. In TotSC itself, the only requirements are that you've killed Aec'Letec and the nearby cult members, as well as the death knight and the loup garou. No other quests matter.

For the 99% or so of us that are using EasyTutu or BGT, the message you would get is: "Adventures you have seen and dangers you have faced, and through them all you have emerged alive. Creatures both fell and familiar have opposed you, and yet you have persevered. With your acts come a closure, and these Tales of the Sword Coast are behind you. However, the world continues, and it awaits your further adventures."

Necro post.
The journal update problem is still there. Unless you choose the second option when talking to Kaishas the journal 'updates' in the dialogue box rather than the journal.
BGT 1.15, SCS 20
Outro works fine though.
