download of GhostDog's PS:T UI mod v2.1 stops at 99%???

Hi, Everytime I try to download GhostDog's PS:T UI mod v2.1 it gets 99% and stops(as if it's still downloading) I'm albe to download all the other PT files. I've turned off my antivirus settings and still no luck. Win7, 64bit, please help! thanks,

I've just downloaded it and there weren't any problems. Maybe there's something wrong with your browser/download manager. You could try getting it from another location : LINK
