Problem downloading the tweakpack. Please help!

Whenever I try to download Qwinn's tweakpack, the download freezes at about the 2.7MB mark for no apparent reason. I've successfully downloaded the fixpack, UB and the twice as large Ghostdog UI pack. Can anyone advise?
