Hello everbody.

Second:
I need really help!
I found the Tanar-Ri and the cave, but what i am going to do now? I read something about
- a witch and a trank,
- that chapthers are important!
"It could be started after the dreaded Chapter 4,
despite the fact that Brynnlaw can (not necessarily 'does') play a part in the story."
http://www.shsforums...-february-news/

I am in Chapther 2, does that mean i am stuck untill Chapter 4!

Thank you

Which cave? Are you in the small cave or have you found the big one?

Uh. That should definately not say locked; it should give a description of the rockface.

It is telling me 'locked'. I do see the description area and can click on it. I click above that on the door and get "locked" message. I have the hidden key discussed above in my possession.

Can you attach a savegame please? I'm not worried about what you have installed as all I want to do is to check a couple of variables.

I never got the "locked" during testing. However it was difficault to hit at times, but I allways managed to get through.

Cheers

Hmm. No-one's carrying the tool and the globals haven't been set. I assume you meant to attach another savegame and not this one?

Hmm.. Okay here it is. Jahiera has the hammer. In this game I actually was able to open the door... It just wasn't where I thought it was. I was clicking on the north wall and it was telling me "locked" and made the locked sound. I clicked all over the place finally on the west side and in a small area it did open. No way to tell I was in the wrong place this whole time since there is no outline or anything and there is a question mark in the north area saying "there a strong sense of magic (etc).."

Ah yes - the big cursor-waving excercise! I think there's a few of them in the original game too. There are two areas that bring up the info cursor - you found one and the other is under the small door.

At least you seem to have gotten past this problem.

Yes but it is pretty disconcernting finding the "locked" part of the area and thinking something is wrong like the pickhammer isn't working.
