I think this may be a DSotSC issue because it only happened after I exited the Otho's quest areas at the bandit camp and had all the drow equpment disintegrate due to sunlight. I just have a suspicion, but I think that the drow equipment-killing script has stuck around and caused the stutter. I only got it after exiting that map. I have done all of the stutter-related maintenance things, up to and including importing the game to ToB. The stutter just stays there. It goes away if I kill all my party members, but I'm not really willing to go it alone. Is there something that can be done relating to DSotSC scripts that would relieve this stutter?

I don't believe it is a DSotSC problem but a Turambar fixes and tweaks. Have you Ctrl+r all your party 2 or more times or have you tried this tip here

I tried the ctrl+r fix but it didn't seem to have any effect. Then I imported my characters into ToB and ctrl+yed them all and that did seem to have an effect. There is still stutter but it is now almost imperceptible. Thanks! Maybe they should add this additional murdering step to the stutter FAQ.

I eeeee, had already, don't know what happened, but the edition I made disappeared...or then I must have been dreaming, as I am sure I wrote the addition to it.

It's now there:

22. For some unexplained reason, when you have played the game quite long time, starting a new game in ToB from an imported game so that it autosaves in game and then murdering the NPCs with the Crtl + Y cheat, and then loading the previous game, might help to clear out some of the stutter in them, even after you go back to the BG1 or BG2 portion of the game, we should investigate this bit as we have not come up with a reason that would apply to every case.

ahh crap, the stutter has come back. I used to be able to play BG2 like this, but now I just get too annoyed. I don't know what to do.

Ok, I cleaned out my one and only bag of holding and the stutter has gone away again. I really gotta remember to not put so many jewels in there.

Also, here is my Weidu.log:
