A (little) error during my last installation

During my last installation I got this error:

Copying 1 file ...

[dq/areas/Athkatla/./Thumbs.db] loaded, 27136 bytes

ERROR: COPY ~dq/areas/Athkatla/./Thumbs.db~ ~override/./Thumbs.db~ FAILED: cannot open target


Naturally with "SUCCESSFULLY INSTALLED" at the end..... Posted Image

Is it a great error?

Ignore the error. That file should not even be there - I'll remove it from my current installer.
