I currently have the RRM installed 2nd to last before the GE tweak pack. I want to uninstall a component in the RRM. Do I need to go back and re-install the tweak pack afterwards?

You can launch the RR installer and select to uninstall the component you no longer want and WeiDU will automatically go through the correct steps (uninstall the G3 Tweaks, uninstall the relevant parts of RR and then reinstall the parts you did not want to remove).
