Since installing Tashia and the concurrent romnance patch (Baldurdash's but NOT Tashias happy patch) I hace had frequent crashes in SOA. Almost Every time I enter a new area the game crashes.
Any advice?

Now about the crashes- it is important that you install your mods in correct order. In your case it should be: BGII, ToB, official patch, BGII/ToB Fix Pack 112, than Tashia, Kelsey and the other stuff with "NPC Flirt Pack" last.
What I would advise you it to move your savegames somewhere else, uninstall the game completly (including the Black Isles folder which unistallation leaves behind)and reinstall it in from the scratch.
If you are well into the game I would leave off "Dungeon Begone", it does not go well with many other mods althrough I am not sure if it is the cause of your crashes.

Sometimes you need to do a bit of detective work.... In my latest game 3 NPCs (Nalia, Viconia and Jaheira) started behave weirdly all of the sudden (lagging behind, not reacting to commands ect.). I have finally worked out that is was a "concurrent romance, say what you want" patch interfering with "Nalia's romance" mod in a quite an unexpected way!!! I have removed the offending patch and things go soothly (at least for now, fingers crossed...)
p.s. I would advise a total reinstall, I know that it is a bit of a chore but mods can screw up with your registry so if you unistall just them, you might never be abble to reinstall them back properly.

I know all about the reinstallation thing. I'm used to it, considering all the public mods I've downloaded and the many personal mini-mods I've created for myself and a friend. It seems that after a month or two of game-time I have to reinstall the game because of bugs, ranging from the annoying (like duo Tashias) to the crippling. Thanks for your help, I'll reinstall tonight.

Quite, yes. But what's wrong with two Tashia's? Twice the fun, no?
I've had my own share of bugs too. I had my entire screen filled once with Gaelan's kid (don't remember his name) cause of a bad Weidu roll. Something like that just makes you reinstall.
Now imagine having two Anomens (the horror, the horror).

Well if I think of it that way about the clones then yes, that could be cool, but I usually consider the duo an abomination. I keep one, and destroy the other, usually by a swift hammer to the head. I don't loot the corpse, that would be exploiting a bug.I know all about the reinstallation thing. About having two Anomens, well I'd either not notice them (because I generally ignore him, not useful enough IMO), or I'd immediately destroy *both* of them. Nah, maybe I'd only kill one, leave the other around. His life is only big enough for one of 'em.
