I just killed Ravel, went through the portal and then arrived at Outer Curst. The thing is that I have some unfinished quests back in the Hive so is it ever possible to get back there later on in the game? And when?
Is it possible to get back to the hive after you've killed Ravel?

Yeah, you'll get back to Sigil eventually. Just keep playing.
