Like the topic says, after the 1st Slayer change there was supposed to be 2nd after sleeping, but it's not happening. I've read someplace that for some people sometimes it doesn't happen, but I can't recall having such an occurence. What I do recall though, is that it was triggering love talks. How does it look with Haer'Dalis? I would want to miss on something or bork the romance completely because of this. Is there a console command/ShadowKeeper thing to set things right?

I don't know what could cause the second change to not trigger, but it shouldn't stop Haer'Dalis' romance from proceeding. He reacts to it, but it's not a critical moment as far as conversations go.

You could try putting this into the console

SetGlobal("drowTalk","GLOBAL",2)

and see if that gets the second change to happen. Otherwise, here's HD's responses.

Thank you for pasting the dialogue. It's some consolation for my missing LT! I hope things shall proceed well enough later. Going the fish route so judging by the overview (checked before I came to bother you here xp Luckily little spoilers there, well done), so I should be seeing some talk soon enough. If I won't, I'll come for more variables.
