I have restored Portpentych and have now In my journal:

*Cerendor Hold
*Eildaren Colvert
*Elizabeth Pavaral´s ring
* Find Elminster
* Sour Water
* The Black Lotus Caravan
* The Demon in the Lighthouse
* The Orb of Breaca
* The Tiger´s Eye

I´ve done all of this quests and now I cant find what to do next, am I going to see Elminster now at this point?

And one other thing, I saved the king in "Troll forest" and got a map but is there any other entrance/exit to that cave then the one I came in through and if there is where is it ?

Have you solved traps of living at portpentyrch cave?

You asked about it in other topic.

Go back to cave (DD4002) where you did find king herfnall. There's exit to level 2 (about x 2930 y 2085 when using CTRL-X) at somewhere right if i remember correctly.

If "traps of living" is in the left cave where there is traps that teleport you to other places in the cave then yes...

Do you know if there is any way do manually delete/move done quests that still is in the logg?

I also have "Innershade - golden round tragedy", "Collect the fee for Gaelan Bayle" and some more and they are already done.

The Black Lotus staying in your inventory was fixed in v1.5 (I think - I seem to have left the information out of my update notes). It's definately fixed in v2.0. Just drop it anywhere.
