Can you take a screen shot ? ...it's generally taken by just pushing the prt scr -key, it prints the picture to your game folders ScreenShot or similar folder, and then upload the image to ImageShack and get the direct link, and put that in this:

So the character encoding is wrong. Erhm, you didn't touch the .tra file before you installed the mod ?

Hmm, you could try reinstalling the mod using this trick...

If you have a different codepage and wish to change it manually yourself (and only if), you can set the default system locale for non-Unicode applications to English Polish. This can be done as follows on Windows systems:
* Start ->
* Control Panel ->
* Regional and Language Settings in Classic View hahahahahaha OR: Clock, Language and Region -> Region and Languages, in the fancy view ->
* Click on the Advanced or Administrative tab ->
* Then where it talks about non-Unicode programs, change the language to English(United States) Central European(1250) or something to that effect ->
* Then remember to click the Apply. And you need to restart the computer for it to actually take effect.
And you get to install the mod, and then you might need to reverse the change... just in case.

Can you also confirm you ran kpzbg1.exe as per the post-install instructions:

By poprawnie wyświetlały się Polskie znaki, proszę uruchomić kpzbg1.exe z folderu \bgt i zastosować się do instrukcji po otworzeniu tego pliku."
