The last (i presume) lovetalk I had was a reminisce of "certain possibilites" that had been spoken of in the previous game. Since then, I've had three or four lovetalks with Viconia; I'm not sure what I did to cause this, as I can still flirt with Isra. Is something broken or am I missing something?

Ahh answered my own question; with the reduced reputation mod installed from SCSII i havaen't yet achieved 14 rep

I don't think you should need a higher reputation at that point, so I'm not sure.
If you're at Global("rh#IsraTalks","GLOBAL",9), have you rested recently? If you're at 7 instead, I'm not sure why it would be stalling.
