I have planar sphere installed, BP rogue rebalancing and a couple of other smaller mods.

 

Installed to the letter.

 

Chapter 6 no problems and bam!!!

 

Doing the PS Quest and lavok wont die. This is an old bug that I thought was patched obviosuly its back from the dead. I know there is a fix I just can't find it. I'm stuck in the damn PS and as I'm a mage it would be nice to complete the quest and get the stronghold so I can do the PS mod.

 

Help trapped in a sphere with a madman.

With the latest version of BP, this bug does not exist anymore (tried 2 weeks ago that part of the game). Either you're using an old version of BP, or there is an incompatibility in your game. Please post your WeiDU.log. :)

As an alternative to tearing my hair out does anyone know the globals for completed PS quest so my stronghold can start and the PS Mod can begin?xx

Am I understanding correctly your problem ?

 

Your problem is that when you fight with Lavok, you can put him in near dead state, but he will never calm down and never tell you to bring a demon heart?

 

Well, try to put those two files in the override folder, making backup of existing ones and try the battle again. He should calm down in near death state.

I'll drop them in and see what happens.

 

I did notice TDD Riativinis is still as buggy as ever.

 

For me the Balor fight in the lab did not trigger and I couldnt leave the Haunted Forest becuase all the areas were grayed had to CLUA myself out, another bug I remember from way back, but most annoyingly when I left the temple the claw didn't speak so I couldnt continue the quest. I remember this old bug as well. Oh well

It might have to do with the fact that you have installed a megamod, but have not installed it with the latest megamod tools. I am talking about the BiG World Fixpack etc. And the uptodate BWS.

If i install BiG World Fixpack v13.0.5 will it sort my current install if i go back to a previous save game or is my installl fubar? Also do I still need to drop the above files into my overide?

What he is suggesting is that you reinstall from scratch using BigWorld tools... in case it -might- solve your TDD problem. We can live without BigWorld tools. In my case, I have to live without, since BigWorld tools do not run under Linux.

 

I can't help you about your TDD problem because I don't know this quest, sorry.

Thanks Anomaly! Glad it worked out for you, wellunhappy. I figured out the actual problem. A typo in the tp2 code that alters Lavok was assigning 2 scripts to the exact same slot. Fixed for the next version. I didn't see anything else different between the posted (assuming older version?) and current files.

Does any one know the globals for PS mod starting? I've done the last quest for mage stronghold and its been a week almost and teos hasn't shown up in PS so I can't start the PS Mod which is not kinda why I installed the mod in the first place.

How do I get PS Mod to start?  Change globals, CLUa Teos, wait around for weeks. Anyone :(
