Edwin Romance Updates to v2.10 with Bugfixes!

The Edwin Romance mod updates to v2.10 with several bugfixes.

Changes:
- Fixed a script bug that would lead to skipping of LT 13.
- Fixed a bug that would lead to EdwinRomanceActive being set 3 if romance set to committed.
- Inserted cheat variable Global("EdwinIgnoreRomances","GLOBAL",0): if set to "1", other romances will be ignored and other romances will ignore Edwin romance.
- Triggering of LTs more stable and frequent: rest dialogues will be triggered by "Interact(Myself)" to make them trigger instantly without Edwin first having to move to the PC; removed the check of nearby NEUTRAL game characters as it tends to prevent dialogues to trigger for most city areas, removed the MoveViewObject from rest talks.
- Removed the drinking of an actual potion before the "drunk" rest talk (as it might lead to an inventory item being dropped unnoticed).
- Interjections into Anomens' LTs recoded (using I_C_T for compatibility).
- Renamed setup-edwinromance.ini to edwinromance.ini and added links.

Thank you so much for the update, Jastey! I hope this isn't the wrong place to post this, but the last comment in the bug thread is from 2018, so if this is wrong, I'm happy to move it. Edwin v2.10 was working fine until the wake-up talk after he gets drunk. Lovetalk 6 will not fire for me, even after standing around upon waking, and eventually trying to force-talk him. I tried reloading and spending the night in another inn, but the morning after, still nothing. 
 
Using EEKeeper, I got these variables, related to Edwin:

Yes, that's a known bug in the 2.10 which is fixed in the 2.11: the timer is running. The morning after talk either triggers after 45 min realtime, or you can try setting Global("EdwinRomance","GLOBAL",1) via the cheat console to try to trigger it directly.

 

2.11 is already up at the GitHub page. I see now that the 2.11 isn't here on the download center, I think I updated when SHS was down and then forgot to update here when it came back up.

Awesome! Thanks so much for the swift reply. Are there any other major fixes in the 2.11 version, or should the way ahead be clear enough that I can just apply the console cheat to move forward? I don't really want to have to reinstall everything after Edwin Romance to install the new version, if at all possible.  :blush:

Understandable. Hm, I think some of the PID flirts might not work properly, but that's nothing game breaking. Some journal entries might not be removed properly. The last fix was a crossmod install problem with Ascension so that doesn't apply to you.

I guess it's ok to play on.

-compatibility with Ascension 2.0.8 (old comp code removed as it was no longer necessary).

Does it means that install order between Ascension and Edwin Romance no longer matters?

ALIEN: I think so, as Ascension is no longer checked for. The code was revised, too (not only from me), all rumors about Edwin's script being replaced and such are no longer true. Compatibility at the Solar talk and tree of life is compatible with other mods, too.
