I'm not buying TOB... money's tied up in other things.... is there any way I can have the SOA rogues rebalanced?
Any way to convert these to SOA?

Since the original author of the mod (aVENGER) isn't browsing these forums anymore, I think there is little chance that he will do anything to make it work without ToB.
Refinements v2 has been released!

I'm sorry, but there really is no way to do this. Almost every component of the Rogue Rebalancing mod uses either script functions or effects which were simply not present in the original BG2:SoA and were introduced by the ToB expansion. Even if you'd somehow force the mod to install on BG2:SoA the game would most likely crash at some point.
