We're still waiting for V1.4, anyway... Especially after my red-alert about CamDawg's "copied" fixes, it could still take some time.

- Changes/additions to the HLA System (take a look at here, here and here.)
- ToB revised "Five-encounters" (more info can be found here)
- Creature Revisions part I (take a look at here).
But I guess I shouldn't say that one can find all this info if he/she takes a look at the forum (sub)titles...

TG, Littiz, Bigg, version 2 will work without Ascension ? Only the boss revisions require Ascension or the entire mod ?Yes, it will be compatible with Ascension. Well, not only compatible - it will REQUIRE Ascension to be installed, as it is completely build upon the Ascension version of those encounters. The "headache" difficulty will remain (in general), you can read the changes in the Five Revisions thread.

Hmm, I'm not sure at the moment. All I can say is that many of our intended modifications are based on Ascension ToB, which means that there is a good chance that it will be required. Still, there is a chance that only the Five Revisions will need, we'll see as we progress with the new components.TG, Littiz, Bigg, version 2 will work without Ascension ?

For instance I *know* that there are problems when I take a game where characters have normal HLAs and then try to level them up in Refienments. Will this be an issue with 1.x to 2.0 as well?

- If you are an arhcer with Precision, you need to re-do it all.
- Depending on how does Littiz implement the Blade Kit, a thief with use scrolls (either from HLA or from dual to mage) won't work. (If Littiz uses ADD_KIT, as per my suggestion, and places it after the thief code, it won't work. If Littiz changes the main 2da and you blade is at level greater than 27, it won't work).
- If any other existing HLA got changed / removed, please TGM tell me

... Sorcerer (shockwave).AFAIK we only modify some monk HLAs, the Tracking and Precision abilities, and thats it...

Yup, but thats a new one - I was referring to modified abilities.... Sorcerer (shockwave).
Hard to guess - it depends on the components we decide to include.Hey, what's the eta on this version btw?
If it will be a pure v1 with an improved HLA System component (mostly monk changes, and some other HLAs included), it can come out in 1-2 weeks. If we include the first part of the Five Revisions component (Illasera), the release date will be delayed to the middle of October. And in case we choose to do all the work on the Five Revisions... well, that can be out anytime between november and december...

If you are an arhcer with Precision, you need to re-do it all.
Hm, what do you mean?
Precision has been changed, but the name remains the same.
Saved characters should simply get in use the updated version.
Sorry, after 11 hours of work I might be running a little out of concentration...Depending on how does Littiz implement the Blade Kit, a thief with use scrolls (either from HLA or from dual to mage) won't work. (If Littiz uses ADD_KIT, as per my suggestion, and places it after the thief code, it won't work.
If we place the new "shadow" kit after the others, the positions shouldn't change.
(I mean, if one just uninstalls and then installs the new version of Refinements)
But probably I'm missing something ATM.
Basically monks will change the most.
For instance, an old "saved" monk could have Snatch Missiles, an ability which will be removed in version 2.
So yes, some problems with the saves are possible.
But, trust my words: the new monk table alone will be worth of it (I mean, *if* TGM accepts my alternative and theorethically correct version for Inner Time
