A nice slice-of-life here with Aru as it relates to an in-game point. Nice, nice touch, Bob.

I like these insightful vignettes that give us a glimpse into the 'common man' of the BG setting. Enjoyable, indeedy, and certainly adds to and rounds out our own experience and in a way to which we can further relate. Thanks, buddy! :D Good stuff!

*Now feals sad* I now feel bad for all little gaurds I 'acidently' fried in the game. I'm so mean.

But I liked the little insight into those cute little gaurds who will soon be blood stains on my monitor.

Good job BobTokyo.

I agree with MG, Bob! I guess that I've got something else to think about the common soldier than how annoying they are, now. What with BG and "I serve the Flamin' Fist!" And BG2's "Don't even think about trying to steal anything..." <_<
Heh. Nice work. :)

Through lightning, travel shadow,
Through hell and all above,
Surviving sword and arrow,
Bound stronger by the love

To where the death has lain,
Silent through the sorrow,
Where innocents lie slain
