First when in the order the patch or are you talking about the Fixpack? The fix is easy, start over with a fresh clean patched install and then install mods in this order:
Ascension Gibberlings 3 BG2 Fixpack Shadows over Soubar Yoshimo friendship Mazzy Friendship Banter Pack Sarileth NPC Yikari NPC (I don't want to play a Monk, but I want to have one around) Big Picture Tactics (only the approved parts that arn't already in BP) Redemption Gibberlings 3 BG2 Tweakpack (mostly for multiple strongholds... I didn't put in almost anything else).

Do not install any of 'Improved Anvil' with any of the mods you list!
