How do I enter "ice temple"?

Hello.. I am travelling this area : the one that has 3 levers and a temple. (Area code : RA5601)

Now I am at the entrance of Ice temple.. the door of which is sealed.

I killed every hostile thing in this area, and tried pulling the 3 levers at the center of this area.. I did everything I could, but nothing happens.

Did I miss something? .....

Impossible to access "Razor's Hideout"

Hello.

I've got a problem when I try to access this area : Razor's Hideout.

This area has been added during Randall's quest, but whenever I try to enter this area, the game crashes.

I don't know the area code, either.

Can anybody help me?
