The same with some mods - they describe scenes that are not suitable for a child - his/her mind.I yet have to find a mod for BG2 which is not suitable for children. Today, any normal 12 year old knows (or should know) what sex is about, both negative and positive sides. I can't see why anyone would have to worry about Romantic Encounters harming their kids. Seriously.
The only thing I wouldn't want my child to see is bad writing. Typos, false grammar or plot holes are much more harmful than a pair of uncovered nipples.
I am paranoic about those things perhaps but there is a reason why we are considered an adult at the age of 18 (or 21 in some cases).
